Iraya has launched a series of Ayurvedic oils. These oils feature pure Ayurvedic recipes and are extracted through “cold pressing” method; thus, these first pressed oils have all the nutrients intact, retaining the natural properties of the oil seeds. Also Iraya uses the finest quality herbs, with absolutely no synthetic colors or fragrances, and absolutely no fillers like petrolatum, mineral oils, or paraffin. These Ayurvedic oils come in four variants: Neelbhringadi Taila that promotes hair growth and helps fight hair fall; Japakusum Taila that revitalizes and nourishes dull, lifeless frizzy hair; Keshavardhak Taila that provides intense nourishment for thick hair growth; and Arunshika Nashak Taila that fights hair fall and helps clear dandruff.

My Experience with Iraya Pure Ayurveda Arunshika Nashak Taila Ayurvedic Oil Review
Packaging: This hair oil comes in a dark brown tinted rectangular plastic bottle with a golden metal screw-up cap. Dark bottles are best to preserve essential and base oils. The cap is quite tight and does not leak, so it is travel friendly. Although tinted bottle, it is easy to figure out the quantity of oil available. This bottle comes along a white and teal outer cardboard packaging. Both the bottle and the outer packaging consist of all the necessary information, including the ingredients list. The nozzle dispenses the right amount of oil and does not make the bottle oily.
Texture: This hair oil is greenish in color and has a very lightweight, runny texture. It has a strong herbal fragrance but nothing unbearable. Although it is loaded with essential oils, it does not feel heavy at all. It completely gets absorbed into the scalp and does not give an oily look. However, I will not recommend it to be used on a daily basis. It works great as suggested by Iraya: “Massage the oil gently into scalp and leave for at least an hour.”
Performance: Oh, where do I start from! This is the best hair oil I have ever used. This pure cold pressed virgin oil has the best of ingredients, is 100% vegetarian, is cruelty free, and contains no synthetic dyes, petrolatum, mineral oils, and paraffin. This hair oil claims to fight hair fall and help clear dandruff. It is completely true to its claims as its core ingredients are 20 ml neem leaves swaras, which is known for its antibacterial, antifungal, and regenerative properties that help clear dandruff and other scalp regularities; 3 g of amla, which is the richest source of vitamin C that strengthens hair follicles, increases scalp circulation, and stimulates healthy new growth; and 3 g of hirda and behada each, which are known to prevent inflammatory scalp conditions and treat hair loss. I generally have oily scalp and frizz-free hair. I have moderate hair fall, and my dandruff comes back every rainy season. Although Kaya Skin Clinic Anti-Dandruff Lotion worked well for my mild dandruff issue, I wanted to try some natural oil this time, and I picked this hair oil. I just massage this oil into the scalp and wash it off an hour later. Two washes with any shampoo can completely remove this oil. This hair oil makes my hair super-silky and shiny. My thin hair looks healthy and does not fall flat. It just got rid of my dandruff in the first use itself. This year on, I started getting grey hair here and there 😦 However, I am so very happy as after using this hair oil for more than a month, I did not spot any new grey hair. It did not turn my existing grey hair black, but it did not allow any new grey hair to appear. It takes a while to fight hair fall. This pure cold pressed virgin oil comes in an affordable price as well. The only downside is that it causes pimples on my hairline every time I use this oil. Overall, this hair oil is so magical!
