Kaya Skin Clinic Anti-Dandruff Lotion Review

Hello ladies,

Every December, an uninvited guest to me is always dandruff. Although I keep my scalp clean and fresh, dandruff comes back this season. Probably it is because of dry scalp as I do not oil my hair on a daily basis. However, my dandruff problem is not severe. So far I have been using anti-dandruff shampoo and conditioner and other home remedies to treat my dandruff. It was not so effective, and moreover, anti-dandruff shampoo made my hair dry and frizzy. This time I wanted to try something new, and hence spotted this “Kaya Anti-Dandruff Lotion.” As its formulation has been researched and developed by dermatologists, I bought it immediately. I have been using this for quite some time now, and let’s see how it fared on me.

Price: INR 370 for 200 ml [BUY HERE: Kaya Skin Clinic Anti-Dandruff Lotion, 200ml]

Shelf Life: 2 years

Product Description: Kaya Anti-Dandruff Lotion has a blend of actives to effectively control dandruff and to reduce the related itching and scaling. This lotion is also fortified to nourish and condition the scalp.

My Experience with Kaya Skin Clinic Anti-Dandruff Lotion

Packaging: This anti-dandruff lotion comes in a big, plain white opaque bottle with a flip cap. The stickers in the front and back hold all the information, including the ingredients list. It is spill proof and sturdy, making it travel friendly. In terms of packaging, nothing fancy. This opaque packaging makes it hard to find out how much product is left over.

Texture: The texture of this anti-dandruff lotion is quite runny and white in color. It does resemble cleansing milk. It has a mild floral scent. It is absolutely non-sticky and lightweight. It gets absorbed within seconds and does not leave a greasy residue.

Performance: This anti-dandruff lotion is non-greasy, lightweight, and effective. Its runny consistency makes it ideal to spread evenly on the scalp. It has to be applied to the roots of hair and gently massaged onto the scalp. It can either be left overnight or for 6 hours before washing. It works well either way. Initially, I applied for a short duration to see if I feel any irritation or so, but it was absolutely safe and mild. It did not completely clear dandruff in the first use but eventually it did after four to five uses. Thus, regular usage is a must for best results. It keeps the scalp fresh, clean, and moisturized. As it restores the moisture in hair and prevents dryness, it could completely keep the scalp dandruff free. By getting rid of dandruff, it automatically controls hairfall. Another good thing is that it washes off completely even with mild shampoos, so no more frizzy or dry hair. It has a mild and soothing fragrance and is gentle for hair. However, one major con is it contains parabens. Overall, this is the perfect solution for dandruff problem.
