Generally, makeup kits are cost effective as we can get best-selling products at a value. Moreover, they are categorized by skin tones, and all the products are matched to blend well together. Our hunt for suitable individual products get easily sorted out with a kit. Likewise, Maybelline Fit Me kit is such a steal as it contains a Fit Me foundation, a Fit Me blush, and a Fit Me pressed powder. The kit is numbered according to the foundation shade number, and a matching blush and pressed powder are included. Also the kit comes in a beautiful, handy makeup pouch.

My Experience with Maybelline Fit Me #330 Kit
I picked the “#330 kit,” considering it to be my matching Fit Me kit. The kit contains the following: Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation 330 Toffee Caramel, Maybelline Fit Me Blush 202 Medium Coral, and Maybelline Fit Me Pressed Powder 310 Sun Beige. Read on to find if this kit is a hit or a miss…
“330 Toffee Caramel” is the darkest shade in this range and a perfect match to my skin tone. I am quite happy because finding a matching shade in a drugstore brand is no easy thing. This foundation gives a medium coverage but can be built up. It applies very smoothly and evenly. It does not look cakey at all even if layered on, but one layer is more than enough to even out the skin. It gives a silky, satiny finish rather than a matte finish, which I love. This foundation gives the best natural, flawless finish. For a detailed review, click HERE.
“202 Medium Coral” is the shade that was provided in this kit to suit “330 Toffee Caramel.” It is a terracotta or a dusty coral color with very fine gold shimmers. Although it looks like a burnt orange in the pan, it comes out much lighter upon swatching. Shimmer particles are not gritty but very subtle and add a natural glow to the face. It is so soft and blends easily, but the color payoff is very low. Although this shade suits my skin tone, it takes at least 5–6 swatches for the color to show up mildly on my skin. “310 Sun Beige” is the shade that was provided in this kit to suit “330 Toffee Caramel.” Considering how beautifully the foundation matched my skin tone, this pressed powder is a miserable failure. I have no clue how this shade is considered to be complementary to the foundation. Moreover, this pressed powder is mainly a translucent powder with shimmers reflecting light and giving a subtle sheen on the skin. It is a sheer compact powder. Do not be misled by its name as pressed powder and expect a light to medium coverage. If the shade matches you, then you are likely to get a radiant-looking skin, else you are all likely to look like a disco ball. For a detailed review, click HERE.
Would I Recommend/Repurchase Maybelline Fit Me #330 Kit
No, I will not recommend this kit as the blush and the pressed powder are no way matching to the foundation. It is better to buy the foundation separately rather than wasting so much money in this kit. Obviously I will not be repurchasing this kit, but this foundation in the shade “330 Toffee Caramel” is my all-time favorite. Moreover, Maybelline has now launched the perfect complementary pressed powder for this foundation, and the pressed powder is also named as “330 Toffee.” For a detailed review, click HERE.
